By contacting us electronically, using this website, or communicating with us after reading an ad herein, either by phone or text, or email, you agree that if you send a deposit or payment on a vehicle, rv, or camper, that the deposit is non refundable, that all communications thereafter and all notifications thereafter can and may be sent to you electronically. You agree to receive your receipt for any monies paid electronically, and that by refusing to sign a receipt does not exempt you from being bound by those terms on that receipt, bill of sale, or any documents that may be required to facilitate your purchase and that your signature is assumed and is legal and binding. If you send money to secure a vehicle, then fail to purchase, said vehicle will incur storage fees after 10 (ten) days at $30 per day or the most allowed be aw for an rv or camper until you finalize payment. We do not renegotiate sales prices after you have sent a deposit, or any payments once a purchase price has been agreed upon. If you fail to finalize your payment within the time allowed for on your deposit receipt, the vehicle will be re sold, and your funds that you have paid will be forfeited by you.
